    • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product for a size change.

    • The shoes must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  2. Defective Products:

    • We offer a 60-day return policy for defective products.

    • If you receive a pair of shoes with manufacturing defects or significant quality issues, you can return them within 60 days from the date of delivery.

    • We will take responsibility for the return shipping costs for faulty products.

    • The shoes must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  3. All sales of discounted products are FINAL!!! (No returns)

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Size Changes:

    • For size changes, we offer exchanges or store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding the initial shipping costs.

    • If you choose an item of higher value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.

    • If you select an item of lower value, we will issue store credit for the remaining balance.

  2. Defective Products:

    • For defective products, we offer exchanges, store credit, or a full refund, including the initial shipping costs.

    • The refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
